CEPI's Board is made up of producers and association representatives from across Europe, elected by our national member associations. They set direction, hold the mandate we advocate with, and are joined by a group of co-opted members who bring specific expertise to the table.

Anthony Muldoon (IE)
Anthony has been working for Screen Producers Ireland since September 2017 and is now based permanently in West Cork. Before joining SPI, he was Advocacy Manager with EQUATE and formerly Parliamentary Assistant to Dominic Hannigan T.D. for six years. He holds a Masters in Political Communications and Public Affairs and a B.A. in English, Media and Cultural Studies. He is currently President of CEPI and sits on the BelongTo Board advocacy sub-committee.

Filip Bobinski (CZ)
Board Member
Czech TV producer, FAMU graduate and co-founder of Dramedy Productions, where he has co-created more than 350 hours of prime-time fiction, including the Golden Nymph-winning series Vypravej. A strong opinion leader on fair business relationships between producers, broadcasters and platforms.
Monique Goeschl (AT)
Board Member
Represents the audiovisual sector in Austria, with over twenty years in the international film industry focused on content protection and internet governance. Co-represents CEPI in the EUIPO Observatory Stakeholder Network and the Expert Group on Cooperation with Intermediaries.
Amanda Borghino (FR)
Treasurer
Graduate of Sciences Po Aix and the Sorbonne, with a career spanning the French Permanent Representation to the EU, the Vivendi and Lagardère groups, the DGMIC and the CNC. Deputy General Delegate of the USPA and Animfrance alongside Stéphane Le Bars since March 2023.
Susana Gato (PT)

Lawyer specialised in the protection of artistic content, from music to television. Chairman of the Board of GEDIPE since 2009, representing independent producers in collective rights management, and Executive President of APIT since January 2018.
Mario Mauri (IT)
Board Member
Chairman of Paypermoon Italy and Treasurer of Television Producers. Economics graduate from Bocconi and Chairman and CEO of Cambria Ltd since 1990. Paypermoon's credits include Mammamia!, Raccontami and Questo nostro amore, mainly broadcast on RAI.

Feature film, documentary and TV series producer, member of the European Film Academy. Recent work includes Sarajevo Safari (2022), The Space Among Us (2021) and Once Were Humans (2020).
Stanisław Zaborowski (PL)

President of the Board of Polish Producers Alliance (KIPA), Associate Producer and co-owner of Silver Frame. Vice President of the National Chamber of Audiovisual Producers and Eurimages Expert at the Council of Europe since 2021.
