OiRA Workshop : Mastering Health & Safety Risk Assessment for Audio-Visual Productions – Torino, 24th and 25th of November 2025

WORKSHOP: OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY and RISK ASSESSMENT IN AUDIOVISUAL PRODUCTION

24th and 25th of November 2025, Torino, Italy

CEPI in collaboration with the European social partners in the audiovisual sector – EURO-MEI, FIAPF, FIA and FIM – are pleased to invite you to the workshop on Occupational Health and Safety and Risk Assessment in Audiovisual Production.

The workshop will take place in Turin, Italy, on 24–25 November 2025, during the Torino Film Festival and Industry Days.

The working languages will be English with live interpretation in Italian provided on 24 November. The session on 25 November will be held in English only.

SOME PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Venues:

• 24th of November NH Santo Stefano, Via Porta Palatina 19, 10122 Torino, Italy

• 25th of November Circolo dei Lettori, Sala Biblioteca, Via Gianbattista Bogino 9, 10123 Torino, Italy (To access this venue, participants will receive instructions by e-mail.)

On the 24th of November, a networking lunch will be offered.

Live interpretation on the 24th of November will be offered through the mobile application Rafiky. Participants are required to use their mobile phone and to bring their own headset.

Participation is free but

registration at this link is compulsory.

To ensure access on the 25th of November it is necessary to register before the 31st of October. After this date you can still register but we cannot ensure access at Circolo dei Lettori.

Please note that seats are limited and registrations will be confirmed by return email.
