Digital Services Act: What does it mean for independent producers?

The Digital Services Act Regulation is a legislative proposal published by the European Commission in December 2020. It is meant to replace the e-Commerce Directive and will redefine the rules to tackle illegal content made available on platforms and other hosting services.
