DSA – Earn your exemption initiative

CEPI is happy to support the Earn your exception initiative meant to to achieve a safe and more trustworthy online environment within the framework of the Digital Service Act. Together with more than 50 organisations representing a wide array of industries, CEPI considers necessary to ensure that only diligent, trustworthy and reliable intermediaries benefit from the DSA liability exemption privileges. This condition is essential to ensure a higher level of safety and trust in the online environment to the benefit of all stakeholders.
